| Cub Scouts Blast Off | ||
Cub Scouts of Pack 406 from Pflugerville held a rocket launch at Old Settler's Park - AARG's old stompin' grounds. The weather was hot and humid enough to try the patience of young and old, but we enjoyed the sulty calm that made the rockets drift right back to the pad.
The scouts had plenty of their own rockets to fly, and we capped off the event with an a few gliders, and one each of an E, F, and G powered rocket, followed by the usual "flock of skywinders".
There aren't as many photos as we'd like because once the action starts its simply too hectic to make photos.
